We appreciate your patronage.
By ordering from us you agree to these terms and conditions.

We normally ship within 48 hours of your order confirmation.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items,
please allow up to three weeks for delivery for out of stock items.
You will be notified of any delays with your confirmation if we are unable to ship within 48 hours.

Prices subject to change without notice.
All items subject to availability.

Minimum order or 3 bars:  Your order will not be processed if under 3 bars.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and may withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.
Retail shipping charges are calculated for the Domestic US only.
Packages returned to us from not being picked up from the post office or that are unable to be
delivered to the address provided to us will incur all shipping charges involved to ship again.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges in rare circumstances with prior notification when your
order is confirmed due to fluctuations in postal fees.

Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $25.00 service fee and credit card payment will be
required to immediately clear the check.
We will not accept a check payment for future orders if this ever occurs.
Please take the time to DOUBLE CHECK your entered credit card information.
Any errors resulting from incorrect credit card information you submit may incur a service fee if any is
charged to us by our card processor.
If you transpose numbers or enter the wrong number, it creates additional work for us that can cause
additional fees to be charged by our credit card processor.
We will pass them on to you if it is your error.
Minimum processing error fee of $5.00 will be charged for incorrect information
that is submitted by you to our credit card processor.

Order On-Line
To order on-line simply enter your credit card information where requested.
Or, you can leave your credit card information blank, and
phone in your order to our 24 hour voice mail 281-415-0431.
Please include your address, phone number, zip code and the billing address of the credit card.
If shipping and billing address does not match, your order will not process.



Disclaimer
We are soapmakers, we make and sell soap and do not prescribe the use of our soap for anything
other than the cleansing of the body.
We do not claim any miracle cures by the use of our soap or its ingredients.
The use of our soap is not intended to replace the recommendations of your healthcare practitioner.
Our soap is formulated to be extremely mild but some individuals may have adverse reactions to
certain plant materials or other natural products.
Just because something is NATURAL does not mean it is safe for everyone.  If irritation should occur,
discontinue use.
Our soap is for external use only.
The coloration of our soap may vary from batch to batch due to the use of natural herbs and colarants
which enhance their uniqueness.



FAQs:  Ordering, Shipping, Returns

How can I place an order?
Orders may be placed through our web site by paying with Google Checkout, by printing the mail
order form from the web site, by calling 281-415-0431. If ordering over the phone, please have your
payment information ready at that time.

How can I pay for my order?
We require payment in full before we ship your order. This includes shipping charges. Internet orders
are paid with Google Checkout. We accept all major credit cards for orders placed over the telephone.
You may also print and mail an order form to pay by cashier’s check  or money order.

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are normally shipped in 2 to 5 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will
notify you immediately as to when we will have it available to ship. We will always give you an
estimated shipping date when you place your order.

How will my order be shipped, and how are shipping charges calculated?
All retail orders are shipped via US Post Office Priority Mail. When ordering online, there will not be
any shipping charges added onto the cost of your order-free shipping.

Can I return anything I ordered?
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to
accept returns and still guarantee the purity of our products to our customers. Products will be
replaced or credited only when there has been a shipping error on our part.

What if I want to cancel my order?
Please be certain of your order when you place it. Because we often prepare orders within hours after
they are placed, we cannot accept order cancellations.

Samples
Can I get samples to try products before I buy them?
If you want to sample our soaps, simply send us a self-addressed, stamped envelope (use 3 first class
stamps). Please include a note that includes your name, address, phone number (or email address),
and the names of 1 or 2 varieties of soap you would like to try. Please note: soap samples are small
slices of soap (not full size bars) that will allow you to try our product.

Your Personal Information
What do you do with the personal information I gave when placing my order?
We never share ANY of the information you give us with anyone else. We will call or e-mail you if we
have any questions about your order.
